Privacy policy

De Kwetterende Speelvogels is a board game club based in Wetteren. We process as little personal data as possible, only what's needed to make the website work.

What data do we store?

• Name — the name you enter when registering or via your Google/Facebook account.
• Email address — used to log in and manage your account.

We do not store any payment details, location data, or behavioural profiles. No tracking or marketing cookies are used. We anonymously track which pages are visited (without storing personal data) to improve the website.

What is visible to others?

Your name is visible on the game tables page when you sign up for a table — but only to other logged-in users. Visitors who are not logged in can see which games are being played, but not who is sitting at the tables. Your email address is never visible to others.

Your rights

• Change your name — you can update your name at any time via your profile.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account via your profile. Your name, email address, and all table sign-ups will be permanently erased.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your name, email address, and table sign-ups are immediately and permanently erased.

Processor

The website uses Supabase for storage and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Both parties process data in accordance with the GDPR.
